- Ensure you have selected the correct game/app top-up page on Codashop.
- Ensure that you are using your correct user ID and format from the game.

- Before proceeding to "Step 5 - Buy", please verify that your details are correct in "Steps 1 - 4" (User ID, Top Up, Payment, Billing Address).
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE!
If you have pressed the "Buy!" button with the incorrect information and selections from "Steps 1 - 4", Codashop DOES NOT issue refunds and is UNABLE to transfer purchased items to a different user ID.
Please double-check that you have entered all the correct information from "Steps 1 - 4" before pressing the "Buy!" button.
